Composite veneers take one visit, with no drilling and no shots. Before we begin, you see the shade and shape they'll have.

Before: uneven front teeth with worn edges
Before
After: even, whiter front teeth rebuilt with composite veneers
After

Invisalign, whitening and composite veneers

She came in with an uneven bite and worn front edges. Invisalign for several months, then whitening, then Dr. Paino rebuilt the edges with composite veneers. Not a single shot.

Before: a missing tooth and a small peg-shaped tooth
Before
After: a full, even smile with a porcelain Maryland bridge
After

Whitening, bonding and a Maryland bridge

Born missing one lateral incisor, with a small "peg" tooth on the other side, and too young for an implant. We whitened, bonded the small tooth and replaced the missing one with an all-porcelain Maryland bridge.

Scared of the dentist? Choose how relaxed you want to be

Tell us when you book. We have four levels of sedation in this office, from the lightest to the deepest.

“As someone who has some amount of dental anxiety, Dr. Paino has been very good at keeping me relaxed and feeling at ease.”

Jason A. Dental anxiety
  1. Laughing gas

Nitrous oxide, breathed through a small mask. It wears off before you leave.

  2. Oral sedation

Medicine you take by mouth to calm you before and during the visit.

  3. IV sedation

Sedation given through a vein, for a deeper level of calm.

  4. General anesthesia

You sleep through it. Given by board-certified anesthesiologists who come to our office.

Meet the doctor before you come in. A Zoom call to talk through sedation, from home, before your first visit.

Comfort in the chair. TVs, blankets, pillows and noise-canceling headphones, for every patient who wants them.
